Will I be charged for the service?
No, TPL will not charge you for any of our services and when you decide to work with us we cover all the costs including solicitors, surveys and repossession advice.

How quickly can we complete?
This is entirely up to you, we can complete in as little as 24 hours, although most people find that once we have solved their problems a few weeks works best for them to organise the move.
Am I tied in once you make an offer?
No, should you wish to withdraw from the sale at any time you simply need to inform us by writing.
Who will value my house?
Before any purchase completes we always have a survey carried out to ensure that the value is 100% correct and therefore fair to our vendors
How much will I receive?
Do to the nature of our business and our ability to buy so quickly we typically offer 75%-85% of the current market value. However, if you use our Assisted Sales system you may well receive more money than the current value of your house!
